Horse rescues
One of the functions
of VRWPA is
to rescue estray wild horses on the Virginia Range that are sick or injured.
Rescue calls can come at anytime - day or night - good weather or bad weather.
VRWPA usually responds immediately, even if means leaving a warm bed to go out
into a cold or rainy night.
